He who hesitates...
rarely wins,
but worst of all, for a tough-guy, wanna-be...
he who hesitates,,,
looks scared.
Rechlicz din't look very reckless, as the minute George hit him,
he folded like a cheap tent.

Typical scrap for BGL these days--grab the guy and punch the back of his head until he trips and falls down. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ

A whole lot of build up for nothing, that Metropolit fight was leagues better than this one. Seemed like both fighters just fought because they 'had to', Rechlicz to prove himself and Laraque to prove he should still get any minutes on the ice whatsoever. Gave the slightest slightest edge to Laraque and a 3 for wasted potential. I love Laraque and his candid answers to interviewers, but he seems to be nearing the end.

p.s. i know i know i know i shouldn't mention mcDB and I apologize for doing so, but at least she is mixing it up now. New heavyweight champion! Thats brilliant! But i agree with previous posters before, I think we should all pledge to not mention her or her ilk again and maybe they'll go away.

Laraque to clever for Wrecker.

Rechlicz with a miss, Laraque punches him in the back of the head, and it's over. They both should have received double delay of game penalties.

The only reason laraque "won" was because he was willing to wait it out and not be the first in, even if that meant the refs would break it up and make the two look like asses. Rechlicz knew how foolish this looked so he took one for the league....
On a side note, why are they playing "Shipping up to Boston" at an Islander's game?

Crap fight

Laraque is boring as hell. A few shots to the helmet and his weight takes wrecker down. i don't give wins for that garbage.

Not great but Laraque dominated Rechlicz with those big lefts to the back of the head

Last 4 or 5 fights, the wrecker has been hesitant and seems unable to gain his position and leverage. If he doesn't get that right away, he goes defensive and goes into "prevent injury" mode.

B.S. You call this a fight. I'd call it a square dance. I like BGL but WTF? He gets pissed that Wrecker didn't make a move...make your own F'n move, don't sit there backpeddling and whining about your opponent not doing anything. You didn't do any F'n thing either. Draw

Joel must not be very proud this morning.... Nice to see Laraque smiling during the dance.
