Never liked Erskine as an actual tough-guy (even second tier),
but I have to say, I gained a lot of respect for him in this fight.
Draw, but only because of the bad start and finish he had.
I really liked the way he waved off Rechlicz at the end, as they got up, and I was also impressed at how quickly the kid understood, and respected the call.

That Erskine is a tough dude.

Rechlicz really got the drop on Erskine with the first punch. Erskine got him back. Win Erskine.

I was going to give it a draw there until I saw the replay and Rechlicz throwing for approximately 2 minutes before Erskine got his right glove off. He still came back strong though, and I'm giving him the edge, and calling it a 6.

Erskine with the W. ****ty start by the wrecker. Erskine wasnt ready and didnt look like he wanted to go . Erskine got the payback though.

Erskine landed the bigger shots. Good thing karma still has a place in hockey.

Good win for Erskine to come back after Rechlicz started without him.

Obviously this was only a middle-weight bout since Lucic has fought Erskine and he never fights heavys...but oh wait, mcb789 is using this fight to state that the flyers and isles have THE BEST fighters in the NHL. Wait.....I'm confused.......

Hard to pick a winner there. I was leaning towards Erskine but none of his punches really did anything and he takes a couple himself. Draw.

both guys landed good shots, so draw but points down for Rechlicz for starting firing cheap shots when Erskine had his glove on and held the stick. decision: edge Erskine

Erskine wins easy for two reasons: Rechlicz started without him being ready, and Erskine landed more quality punches. Oh, and Rechlicz throws lefts like a girl..err, I mean like Mcb.
