Rupp did enough to win, although Cote seemed to sting a couple of times.

I love Cote but Rupp with the edge for landing more, even if Cote's helmet took the brunt. Cote may not win many this year, but he's always game for a go and I love his energy and willingness. He rarely has a boring fight, win or lose or lose or lose.

Luckily Cote has a chin of granite as he goes for the face-first approach again. 10-9 Rupp. I think if it went 10 more seconds Cote would've pulled it out though, he looked more into it than Rupp did at the end...

Cote acts mad real good....but can't fight worth a damn. Rupp wins

I score it a draw for this reason: Rupp lands more shots but he looks absolutely out of it at the end of that fight. Cote doesn't pull him down, he basically crumples. So either he collapsed from exhaustion from throwing all those punches or Cote knocked him senseless with one of those short shots at the end. Rupp very clearly goes to the ice but the question is what sent him there.

Rupp seemed to have an edge in punches that landed, but he did little to control the action. Cote fought well enough to deserve the draw.

I don't think I saw one shot land for Cote. Maybe his first shot, but that was it. Rupp must've landed at least 15 unanswered punches. I think that constitutes a win, don't you guys agree?

who called this fight a draw? rupp clearly won this fight.

cote was only pissed because he got beat again. i give the guy credit for being game but he has been all but useless as a fighter this year. he has no real hockey skills and he loses most of his fights. he will be in the minors before long

clear win for Rupp.
I am sure that he had the hit the showers after scrapping with the greaseball.

Rupp with the "W". Come June you won't know the Racoon because he will not have any more black eyes till Sept.
