Good fight from an entertainment perspective. However, looks like Staubitz was the only one connecting, except for maybe one at the very beginning for Tootoo. Interesting lack of power from Staubitz though. Connects with ten punches/elbows and Tootoo's knees don't even buckle? Not sure why there's so many Tootoo haters here. He used to be one of the great "energy" players in the league a couple years ago. Then, the coaching staff had him change his style to get more offensive production from him. It worked for awhile but the numbers aren't there anymore (now that Nashville has NO offense LOL) He needs to go back to a pure energy role. He's kinda boring nowadays. Looking forward to the next match-up when Belak will hopefully be in the line-up.

At the game, and didn't see how it started (I was following Shelley). but Staubitz landed a lot of punches to the face, and I wondered why the refs stopped it. until the trail of blood all the way to the penalty box, and to the dressing room. broken nose easily...

Oh yeah, Staubitz needed ice for his hand. Tootoo's face must be hard.

you guys are a bunch of losers. Get a life. so the little guy lost a fight, big deal. I've been in plenty of fights, and can't say I won em all. the worst thing is a guy who talks the way you douche bags do, knowing you've never been in a legitimate scrap in your whole life. I'd like to see you dick heads do these guys job, we'll see who "deserves" what they get then. Get over it..........Staubitz won.

Staubitz gets the clear win here!! And as much as I don't like Tootoo, I wouldn't go jumping on that Staubitz bandwagon; Tootoo beat him in both their prior fights (IMO), and in the one earlier this year, Staubitz hit him while he was on the ice. (for all you who follow the code) Anyway, great fight by Staubitz! But credit to Tootoo for battling even after his face was destroyed; he may be a dirty little pest...but he plays his role well.
