if your going to instigate a fight, actually FIGHT....
props for going in there after richards, but it was a clean hit, once again.
but at least do something. if you wanna jsut grab a man on the ice, you dont need to wait for a big hit as an excuse

Three great hits by richards in this home and home. 2 of which he was penalized for and 1 he has to fight after. Since when is hitting a crime in hockey.

Girardis such a joke. Maybe tell your teamate to keep his head up next time.

Complete DRAW--they should have been given roughing calls. I was AT THE GAME in Philly, row 1 seats 1 and 2 on the ice and there was no punches that connected to either guy's face. The entire game was actually quite dissapointing--Asham and Carcillo stayed quiet.

Richards is a receiver !

It was not a clean hit. After Richards lost his helmet, Girardi should've put his lights out.

DMM, U need to suffer the consequences of absolutely pasting a guy with a clean hit? Has Eric Lindros taught u nothing? U skate with ur head down ur going to get crushed. Girardi does nothing in this fight and Richards holds on for a DRAW! And as far as Orr goes he had the chance to beat Cotes ass on Sat and only managed a draw. Loser.

Richards wanted no part of Girardi.

Not much there.Richards looked gassed and not really into it.
Not a big fan of the clean hit/fight deal, but I am watching and Girardi
has to lace em' up alongside his guys every night.Got a couple good
shots in,edge Girardi.

richards with the win in this fight. no contest!!! girardi started the fight, but richards polish him off with ease!!

MCB not so retarded, I think he was poking humor at a disaster of a bout
I laughed out loud after I read his post.

Girardi, woke Richards up and ended the fight with one punch... upper cut style Richards is a quitter "ouch ouch please dont hurt me again" and then the *** hockey rules apply and G has to do the right thing. I wish G would have hit him again and knocked him the **** out

NOT even a real fight. Once again the rangers don't know how to play hockey. In the weekend games they fight after a clean hit, and both Avery (on the boarding) and Brandon "b*tch" Dubinsky on the clean shoulder to shoulder hit by Richards. This is a pathetic display of poor playmanship by a team, that only plays good when piece of Sh*t Avery is on the team, who is struggling to stay in the playoff race.
