Okay, all you Bruins haters whining about the homers on this site, you are no better. Make an attempt at being somewhat objective if you have the mental capability to do so. This is a draw for no other reason than the refs stopping the fight because of the jersey over Orr's head.

Pepsi, you stupid imbecile, how do you figure Thorton planned to pull the jersey over Orr's head when they all wear the strap that prevents just that? Oh, let me guess, Thorton undid it first while hugging Orr?? You are a complete moron to even post crap like that. I'd love to put you out on the ice in the middle of those two just to watch them beat you into the ice, and yes they would beat you into the ice because they would disregard the code.

Thornton wins, and is definitely the classier of the two.

Whoever voted for Thorton clearly is a Bruins fan. It was an obvious Draw. Just because a jersey comes up over someone's head doesn't mean they lost the fight. Look at the punches landed by both guys.

Very classy by Thornton though.

Clqssy move by Thornton but that does not give him a win. This was a draw all the way as no one landed anything of any significance....

Edge Orr. Thornton did give him a break and kept code by stopping when Orr's sweater was over his head. Nevertheless, edge Orr with the flusher shots.

They drop the gloves right after a goal by Boston. Each trade a few rights, Thorton gets Orr's helmet off, and lands a solid shot. Orr's jersey gets pulled over his head. Seemed to me, Thorton had class and told the linesman to come in.
I credit Thornton for fighting with class, he could have killed Orr w/ the jersey over his head. It could be seen as a draw, but ill give Thornton the edge for landing the best punch of a short fight.

"Thats part of the code"
"Thats a great job...Thats class personified..."

SHUT UP. I hate games on NBC because you have to listen to those ass clowns. This is a draw, and should have kept going...

I am a Rangers homer, and I think Orr is one of the best (if not the best) in the league, but I gave this one to Thornton. Thornton is a great fighter.
