Tucker went after Mara, who by the way has an injured shoulder. Thats why the punk went after him. Always, always good to see Tucker get his ass kicked!

Mara easily handled him. As far as punching him while he was down, I don't think that it was a dirty, premeditated tactic. Tucker pisses off opponents so badly that he should expect to be hit while down. I think this is one of those cases.

Its funny how Mara is being called out for hitting Tucker while he was down, but I guess its ok that Tucker goes after Mara knowing that he hurt his shoulder against Asham a couple of weeks ago and is nowhere near 100%. Tucker got exactly what he deserved.

The MSG director and video crew do a great job of getting as many angles in a replay as possible. Other broadcast around the league should study how good these broadcasters are. It's a lot of work for a replay operator to manage multiple camera angles during a game. MSG may have a bigger budget thus more crew members to help, but their telecast are the best.

Mara deserved to break the "code" here. Tucker went after him and got what he deserved.

out of all the players currently in the NHL, Tucker is the one that most clearly would have been a great casting choice in "Slap Shot." I could see him jumping the glass and going into the crowd.
