Laraque runs Why drop them if you are going to run?

OK so it wasn't WW3. Look, it is stupid to think that Laraque is a coward. Give the man credit for being the guy that everyone comes to to ask for a fight. If you beat Godard, yeah that's pretty good ...he's tough....but if you beat Laraque (or even land a decent punch) ...you will be on every highlight reel in North America...he is the king (ask Mitch Fritz) . He fights good, he fights smart, and he lives to fight another day. Laraque seems to be able to end any fight he is in when he chooses...because he is incredibly strong and he can just throw even Boogaard down, at will. He's been doing this awhile.

Draw. Laraque did appear to be wary, but to call him "scared" is absurd. And to coronate Godard is also ludicrous. He's most certainly a top contender, but that's it at this juncture.

Draw and a 1. So much build up and then Laraque looked quite scared to go for it. Can't blame him for that, I do think Godard is the new champ. Almost want to call it a win for Godard because he actually skated forward, but can't. Not one of Laraque's better moments but he'll bounce back without a doubt.
p.s. whats with the "thank God you haven't found the forums yet" superiority complex?

Laraque just coming back from injury I give a little bit of a break. Godard was more the aggressor. DRAW. Need a rematch with some toe to toe action.

This fight was terrible.....There's a reason why no one will fight Laraque.....He won't go toe-to-toe unless its on his terms.......Stop being a "SALLY" Laraque and grab on......You won't hurt that pretty mug of yours too much!!

No one landed anything. Godard wanted to fight, but Laraque wanted no part of it, and that one shot he threw didn't land. Crap draw.

OK Big Gay Laraque, now go back to chasing around people who can play hockey and looking like an idiot. Your days of fighting pure fighters is over. Oh wait, you can't play hockey either,,, what are they gonna use you for?? Maybe the Bell Centre needs a new bouncer to beat up senior citizens.

The only thing worse than this fight is premature ejaculation. If there is a win it would be Laraque only because he threw a punch. What should have been a good one.....see first sentence. No win here, clear draw

Nothing to comment on b/c nothing happened, so instead I will answer a question. The announcer is Jim Hughson, who is also on the EA Hockey games. He was the Canucks play by play for a few years on Sportsnet, and EA Hockey is done out of Vancouver. Now he is on CBC and I think one of the better announcers out there. Also calls a pretty good baseball game.

this was a crap fight and giving either a win is a joke. all laraque did was run away and godard fell. i expected much better
