Not much of a fight. Mara hurt his shoulder kinda bad after the first 2 punches and backed off.

Mara is day to day with a shoulder injury.

Mara acknowledged this after the game and spoke to Asham afterwards

Asham with a win and respect points for ending when Mara said "I'm a puss....I mean I'm hurt".

Draw...i was pissed when i was watching the game cuz i didnt know why they broke it up so early. but i was proud when i found out Mara hurt his shoulder and Smasham was letting him off the hook.

Where is all the usual talk about Flyers being scumbags now?
It was so great to see them stomp the Rangers in their building.

Mara is lucky he hurt his hand on a right hook to Asham's hip or he would have got a beating as Asham had him measured up and was coming on. Good call by Mara to bring in the linesman.

it pathetic when a player begs the linesman to jump in (mara)...just kiddin, i don't understand why mara would start something he can't or doesn't ant to finish though.

Mara early here takes advantage of the size, However that hold and stiff-arm from Smashem on Mara's shoulder turned out to be too much. Mara threw in the towel as Smashem started unloading late. Extra point to Smashem for the mercy code when Mara told the Zebs he hurt his shoulder.

Asham would have beat him if there was a fight! The good thing is that Asham will dress for the playoffs! Homer better get him signed for 3 or 4 more years! The Flyers have 3 sick lines now watch the F out!

I can't really tell if Mara called the linesman on account of his hand or because of the uppercut. Decent fight though, I mark it a draw. As always, good to see Asham acting with class.
