Pop goes the weasel!

Ryan Malone took a nice one to the jaw. Coburn had some new energy and needs that with out hatcher.

Coburn was throwing some solid jabs, I think Malone wasn't expecting from Coburn.

Win for Coburn. Solid Jab and the intensity.

Coburn Lands the one punishing punch in this fight. Most fight fans were waiting to see someone dish it out to Malone or Downie and Coburn doesn't disappoint until the swing and miss that would have done more damage had it landed. Many Flyer and Tampa Bay Fans wanted to see Downie fight somebody from his former team. Coburn isn't much of a pugilist or pest like Malone, he has been beaten up by pucks more that 4th liners (check the shnoz) so Malone did himself a favor by not taking on Smashem Asham who had gone after both he and Downie all night. We love it when they drop the shields and helmets. I guess they pay tribute to Bettman with that code move.

coburn with one heavy right. no punches landed by malone. malone avoided the second haymaker from coburn which caused coburn to fall over him. gets props for that. if that had landed malone might have needed some help off the ice

Ryan Malone--wow--did he fool alot of people last year in Pitt. Got himself a ridiculously overpaid contract, wears one of the most ridiculous sweaters in the league (BOLTS? oh brother) and then cant even beat one of the flyers many lame "fighters". Love the waste of everyone's time with the ritual shedding of the lids, but who cares if you cant fight? lame draw,

Coburn landed the only real shot of the fight. His overswing caused him to fall, not anything Malone did.

Looks like only one punch lands but it was a beauty from Coburn. Terrible fight though surprisingly better than the crap from Cote v. Koci.

Scored this a 3 and a win for Coburn.
