Cote out manouvers the bigger guy to get the win, by establishing the seldom used ''behind the head'' sweater grip.

Cote with the rare win only on the basis that he didn't lose. Not that Koci is Chara or Brashear exactly.

Cote with the win, tied up Koci so his reach wasn't a factor. Pretty moronic camera work, should've backed off a little so the camera didn't have to keep swinging around to see them. Don't need THAT much of a close up.

That cameraman should be fired. He was zoomed in way to far for that one. Draw.

A very surprising win for Cote.

Geez, Cote wins won

mcb789-this isn't a discussion forum about you and your team preferences/defenses. Just stick to reviewing the fights and lose the caps

Good job by Cote of getting in close. Koci spent more energy getting his elbow pad off then he did fighting. All that time with his left free should have been put to better use.

mcb789 - Who asked for your interests. You have never made an intelligent post yet, so why not quit while you're behind.

Have to give the slight edge to Cote. He usually gets pummelled every fight so you have to give him the close ones.

Match up was a disappointment. Turned into a hug fest. I watched this several times and could not see a punch land. This site needs a new catagory...no vote for lack of effort.
Folks, lets get serious here and not turn this into a forum for mcb. He's in 6th grade and is trying to earn a chance to play with the big boys. Forget about him and just try to make an honest assement of the matchup. Bad announcers and homers will never disappear.

i'm giving cote a "W" . a well deserved win for one of the legues most entertaining and unsuccessful scrappers.

mcb789...lmao....

Cote with the win! Size doesnt matter, Cote will still fight no matter what, and usually does ok!

Koci needs to stop leading with his beak.......The fight was OK......I gave the edge to Cote for the first series of punches, but it was a snooze after that.......What happened to Riley.......Did he finally figure out that he can't fight balls to the wall for the entire time anymore.......He is starting to develop Brash's style of hugging!!

Cote got the better of the big man dishing out more punches and having it end by moving in close. I agree Koci took too much time losing his elbow pad. Smart fight and win by Cote.
