I'm sorry but I didn't see a fight. Definitely an ugly hit. I have to go with a draw I guess. I can't wait to read the comments in a day or so and read how all the Columbus guys on the ice are lucky that Neil didn't drop his mitts or they would all be headless.

How is anyone voting when you can't see a fight? Do you guys have a different video than we do? There was no fight to be seen, draw. And a waste of my time.

That hit might not meet the definition of Boarding, but it easily could have been called, and should have, IMO.

Hit from behind (or close enough): check!
Give a push: check!
Head first into the boards: check!

So Umberger delivers a dirty hit (that easily could have seriously hurt Smith), and his team ends up on the PP. Refs need to start doing their F-ing jobs before somebody ends up with a broken neck.

As for the fight, what fight?

Looks more like a drunken bar-room brawl then a fight. And I stress DRUNKEN, since no one threw a good punch.

Who in the blazes of jamaican hot sauce went toe to toe here? This was nothing but a scrum. Give Umberger the gate for the hit, (on his former teamate no less) and give out the matching roughing minors (while they're at it throw Jerkko out for existing, although he did the slightly noble thing and came in with the stick to defend his teamate). People told me to rate this fight that wasn't a fight. Now i gotta go sort those people out!
