i give stortiniweenie credit in that bout with barch, but he lost his typical wrestling match here..reminds me of that denis Vial injury against Oliwa back in like 97 , but vial was still standing and went down 2 one knee slowly as oliwa stopped throwing..

Does this mean no more exciting throw down Stortini fights this year? What a shame.

i hate take downs,and i hate when some one gives a win to a guy because he body slammed some one to the ice,i got to give credit were credit is due,ive been on stots for all the hugging but he has been a spark this past month and you hate to see any one get injured,but life is life.

Staubitz wanted to actually fight. Stortini just wanted to hug. Stortini if you opened up in this fight you would have been playing next game. I mean i have no clue why he didnt, he has a definate reach advantage. I guess its a draw or edge to staubitz for the take down.

** Hope Zack is alright. As much as i dont like him as a fighter, that doesnt mean i wish him harm as a person.

Rusty696, you find that amusing? I dislike Stortini's style as much as the next guy, and am a Shark homer, but no injury should be fodder for humor. Grow up.

ouch. if that leg didn't break i'll be surprised. and this is why takedowns shouldn't be a part of a hockey fight. it ain't the ufc and stortini got a double whammy, leg bendin funny and a good ol head banger on the ice. ouch and double ouch.

no matter whether you like Zack or not hate to see any player get injured like that. A career can be ended with an injury like this. Could have been concussion as well as leg.
