wallace did well for himself. he lost but managed to put up a resonable amount of resistance. on that note lucic with an easy "W".

Win Lucic!.. Lucic should grow a set of balls and fight someone tough like Godard! Results would be different!

Total beatdown win for Lucic. Wallace showed some sack but Milan was just to much for him.

It's about time people just shut their holes about Lucic fighting enforcers like Godard or Laraque. You're stupid, stop saying it! He's NOT an enforcer.

Love how all the little gils in here whine about Lucic not fighting the heavyweights and how he picks his own fights.....since when is he a heavyweight? He fights when it is appropriate, i.e. when is won't hurt his team you bunch of morons, and continues to be a force on his line. Show me any of your heavyweights that can do that........

win lucic, but the kid wallace impressed. willingly dropped his visor before the fight, took on a legit fighter, and just wouldn't quit even after taking some good shots to the noggin. good to see for a change instead of visor fights which is all too common today.

Lucic has never lost a fight in the NHL. Didn't Erskine break his face last year. Hasn't fought a heavyweight since.

i like lucic, but if he does not drop them with godard or bissonette thursday then his reputation is going to get real bad!
wallace bumped him but lucic punched him in the head and challenged him, godard would easily beat him..i'd like to see thornton and godard. pens better get tough..good job wallace

i guess lucic figured that goddard was out with an injury. payback will be tomorrow. at least one penguin has heart.,

Wonder if we'll ever see the day when ML takes on someone bigger/tougher...like Wallace did. I doubt if the day will come...no guts.
Where's the theory of..big scorer, fist line player, sitting in the box for 5 minutes of valuable ice time. ha ha What a joke...give ML a Habs uniform!

Lucic wins.

Again, Milan fights when the game was NOT in jeopardy, and he WILL NOT hurt his team.

I'm sure he would have given Godard a GO had he been in the lineup.

Props to Wallace. Good to see him ditch the shield and Lucic follow suit by tossing his helmet down too. The fight wasn't close though, easy win Lucic but credit Wallace for hanging in there against a guy way out of his league.

Luchick once again finding someone not in the legitimate tuff guys category. Until he takes on BGL, Orr, Fritz, Godard or someone of equal badness, I have to rate him as a total beeyotch !

What a great first NHL fight for Wallace. Lucic may have won that one, but keep your eye on Tim. You have to give credit to Wallace, most middlewieghts would have backed off from the bigger Lucic. One of the best fights of the year.
