This is where you will have a problem if they make a rule where fighting with a visor is an extra 2. Artyukhin got sucker punched. Of course he is not going to take the visor off. He did what he should have done and pounded the guy that sucker punched him. Boynton should get fined for the sucker punch.

Wow Artyukhin landed some good shots. Glad I had the name to look at while I'm writing or I never would have got that right. Looks like Boynton ate some good ones. Win Art guy.

Artyukhin is a Fu$%ing coward, he loves fighting with a visor and punching the other guy when he's on the ice, what a first rate coward.
I gave it Boynton on default only because Artyukhin is a bit$%.

As the dog whisperer would say, Artyukhin wasnt aggresive, he was dominant!

the big russian seems to want to drop the gloves a lilttle more than before...he also seems to handle himself pretty good against 2 decent(but not real heavyweight) fighters.

Boynton got pwned. Arty threw a couple there after Boynton turtled, which kind of soured it. Boynton's punkass did try to get the cheap jump though.

As for the talk about Arty possibly becoming a bona fide heavyweight, like Goddard and the Boogie Man, I hope it doesn't come to pass. Yes, Arty can defend himself and other skill guys. But, that's not his role. He's becoming somewhat of a skill guy himself. He leads the team in hits, and skates extremely well for a big man. At the moment, he's filling a hybrid role for the Lightning. He's had to step up recently, due to Kocci's broken hand. But, as soon as Kocci can play, don't expect to see much more of Arty on this site.

Watching the video, OK fight. Artyukhin wins, but he landed more after Boynton was down.

This is a funny one. Boynton tries to suckerpunch Art and boy he gets pwned. All Artuykhin here. In short; Artuykhin made Boynton his bitch.

Artyukhin is a joke... sure he won both the fights but he fought two guys with no visors, didn't take his off, and threw punches while Boynton and Tarnasky were down on the ice. True, Boynton's cheap shot was a coward move, but it was obviously retaliation from the earlier fight. It would be nice if a heavyweight in the east like Laraque or Brashear teach this goof how to fight like a hockey player.

Boynton ran his mouth to Artyukhin after an earlier, pretty good bout with Tarnasky. This time he got in the first lick and that was about it. Arty must have still been PO'd because he pounded him right down to the ice (or what the Panther homer calls "exchanging blows" haha). Arty opened a pretty good cut under Boynton's left eye which you couldn't see in this vid. Overall a good game for Arty ... a goal and 2 fights. I hope we see more of this from the 6'5'' 260 lb Russian. He skates like a jet and hits like a freight train, these fights will only further intimidate his opponents.

Classic example of one biting off more than he can chew

Artyukhin is a beast. I was pulling for the Panthers in this one, but that wasn't even close. If only he didn't take that shot at Ballard after the scrap he had with Tarnasky in the first...
