Travis Martell vs Ryan Bartle

The fight started pretty even and both guys tied up pretty well. Bartle was winning early but caught up in the helmet of Martell. I believe this where Martell got charged for the Match penalty, because he was throwing punches with the helmet flying back and forth. Bartle just loses any momentum at that point and loses his positioning and Martell has a field day just pounding Bartle. I go to a lot fo TCC games and I am a fan of Bartle, but I have not seen a pounding like this in a long time. Martell was throwing huge bombs that were connecting, right up to the point he lands I believe a left to the temple eye area of Bartle and then it was Bartle hitting the ice. Bartle had problems standing up and getting to the box, but was refusing treatment. He did not skate the rest of the shift. He tried to save face when he went passed Martell's side of the Penalty Box, and sort of jumped towards him, but at this point Bartle just needed to take a seat.
