Another fight from a good hit. Huh. Its always hard to watch a fight thats rated 1.9! But I'd have to agree, it was about a 1.9... draw.

Not much here, besides the hit, I disagree with the anouncers, that looked like fore arm to the face.

i enjoy fights in hockey but really these annoucers are right. clean hit why the fight. hey lets make a new rule. if you instigate a fight for a hit that has not been called a penalty by the officals lets give an extra 2 minute minor for delay of game.
in the meantime if someone pasted a team mate repay the favour in kind on your next shift with a good clean hit.
right finger gets 2 "W"s. one for the hit, one for the fight!

For those people who don't agree with Greg Millen; you're basically saying you'd rather have more crappy fights like this than good solid hits in the game.... ya that makes a lot of sense.

boring scrap. Draw
The leafs tv announcers are just brutal.

the commentator is right. every time somebody gets checked, people want to lose their sticks and gloves. what is wrong with good body checking? bob probert or marty mac would slaughter these so called fighters now a days. and i would slaughter this clown who told the announcers to stand down.

Armstrong's gotta stick up for a rookie who gets nailed. That being said, it was a clean hit and Moeller needs to keep his head up. It was a crappy draw because neither of these guys are much for the fighting. Saying these guys need to take fighting lessons from Chris Neil is like saying George Parros needs to take puck handling lessons from Alex Ovechkin. Unfortunatley this is the roll that Armstrong has taken on with the Kings this year. So we (especially me as a Kings fan) will be subjected to more Armstrong fights (hugfests) this year.

I just hope next time Bob Miller's call is posted. Can't stand homer announcers. You know if it was a Leafs player standing up for his teammate it would be A-OK with these announcers.

what are you people complaining about the announcers for they are completely right.

Commentator is an idiot.

Armstrong is standing up for a small rookie skill player.

I agree with the announcer, standing up for a teammate on a cheap shot is one thing, but to go after a guy because he hit your teammate cleanly sucks big time. But that is what the new NHL has become, and seems to want to become. We might as well watch the Ice Capades.

Announcer is a moron.

Hit was clean, Armstrong was just sticking up for an 18 year old skill rookie. Not like I would expect some moron announcing on Canada's version of Lifetime to know that though.
