Godard seems to be great against really tall guys???.....he has owned Boogy, MacIntyre and now beat Fritz in an uneventful fight.....not sure what the reason one thing that helps is agaist all three of these guys he has been the clear aggressor....he seems to think he is going to beat them....more so than when he faces guys his own size like McGrattan??

I give this to Godard, he tied up fritz pretty well and got in close, and only let Fritz land the short range jersey jabs and a few body shots.

Its hard to tell on this screen, but I saw the game on tv and you clearly see Mitch Fritz say "I'm tired" which I qualify as a white flag. Forfeiture leads to an automatic win for Godard. I think I would give it to Godard regardless, Mitch had it early then Godard took over with a very strong finish.

Pretty even fight, Godard was a bit more aggressive towards the end. But a pretty clear cut draw.
Get ready for NY fans to call this a dominating win for Fritz.
TEXT BOOK DRAW morons.

Yeah, I'd have to give the edge to Godard too, ever since he took down Boogaard I'd have to say he's the man. Not my favourite, but still the man.

Godard for the activity and endurance...Fritz just alot of jersey jabs.

Amazing when a 6.4' 230 guy is made to look small!
I think Fritz needs to work on the cardio, he was done after his first 3 punches and the ensuing battle for position. Surprising that Godard went to lefts, which should have been to Fritz's advantage, but that is where Godard got the better of him.

Fritz was winning untill goddard got in close. then goddard takes over and gets a "W". This should put the fritz for champ talk to an end. note to the tuff guys coming out of the minors, this is the best league in the world, so you better pack a big lunch.

good job by Godard to neutralize the giant! Fritz with his first bad showing of the season. hopefully it doesn't become a trend.

Godard the edge..... he does well against the giants... no bombs though in this tilt.

fritz had had enough at the end of this one....i love the rocky balboa strategy godard uses against this giant.....soften himi up with the rib shots, then bounce a few off fritz's face at the end....godard's one of the best technical fighters in the league
