Funny watching Nichol pound away at Thornton's elbow while JT just stands there and waits for his shot. JT got a couple good shots in. slight decision Thornton.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaahahahaha oh man I was laughing so hard while watching this on TV and I'm still laughing. I give it to Big Joe just because it was so funny to watch Nichol swing for Joe's arm.

LOL wow that was some funny scrap. Props to Nichol for the hatchet swing and the pitbull mentality going after big Joe. Joe was game but couldn't put Nichol away. Draw but moral victory for Nichol...

Nichol needs longer arms if he's going to do that. Good to see Thornton getting a little mean again, but poor showing in this one.

joe was in control of the fight but i have it a draw because he didnt really land anything himself and nichol did bring him down.

Thornton - he at least was able to reach Nichols' jaw.

This fight was hilarious, it almost looked like Thornton was afraid to hurt Nichol, he was so much smaller. Like Drew said in the commentary, its like fighting a midget while holding him at arms length. Nichol was having a fun time trying to reach Thornton, but when Thornton did connect Nichol was feeling it and ended the fight quickly by dragging them both to the ground. Clear win Thornton

Nichol wisely pulls Thornton to the ice, otherwise this could have been real ugly.

Thornton earns some major puss-points for picking on the smallest guy on the ice.

Thornton won only because he is so much bigger

Ok, no matter what you say, Joe Thorton is a huge baby. A 5 foot 8 man just fought him and tied him. I think the advantage goes to Nichol here.

OMG! Tough guy Thornton picking on another little guy. Thornton is a D bag.

Nichol was hitting Joe in the shoulder, then Joe connected once. Joe got some punches right at the end, then Nichol drags him to the ice with him. A close fight but the edge goes to thornton.
