Comments: After a hard check, Thornton cross-checks Scatchard to show is displeasure. When Scatchard gets to his feet, the two immediately drop their gloves and have a go. These start throwing bombs with their right hands, each landing several rather wild punches. Scatchard then connects with a nice right to the jaw, snapping Thornton's head back. However, Thornton is unfazed and comes back with a few more rights of his own as his jersey starts coming completely undone. Scatchard then pulls Thornton down on top of him.

thortons great, but scatchard had the upper hand early.

Nice to see a young Thornton stand up for himself. Scatchard wins the fight though. Gave it a 6.
