Comments: Late in the 3rd with the Coyotes down 6-1 a little more physical play breaks out. Flinn checks Mara against the boards and Mara takes exception. The gloves come off and punches were thrown. Then Radivojevic jumped in and attacked Flinn. All three of them are throwing punches as Brennan jumps in as well. Every player on the ice got involved and in the middle of that scrum Ference and Flinn break apart and square off. It doesn't sound like much happened here. A lot of wrestling and a takedown. Flinn winds up with a double fighting major. Other Penalties: Ference received an instigator, misconduct and game misconduct; Paul Mara a roughing and game misconduct.
