To all the morons that give Smith the edge... Hold on a sec! Where the hell was Voros suppose to punch Smith? Right in the helmet? Duh!?
This was a DRAW! If Smith took his helmet off, and he landed all those punches, then he would have gotten the W, but no way should anyone have won this fight, especially with all those refs jumping in the picture.

I like Smitty a lot, but come on man, if you wanna go, take off the friggin mask..

I give Gritty Smitty props for sticking up for himself. All you Ranger homers fail to mention that punkass Voros fell on top of Smith earlier and was running his mouth in the crease. Lundqvist is a great goalie, maybe best in the league, but Smith was leading the NHL in save pct so don't even try to say it was sour grapes. The Lightning don't even have a fighter this year...too bad. Andre Roy would have cleaned Voros clock. They sure don't need Malone breaking his hand on that jerk's skull!

Gotta love seeing a netminder like Smitty protecting his crease. Players know that they will be abused if they are in the blue and it is something most will take to help the team score by distraction or by picking up the garbage.

Yeah, the TB d-men didn't clear the crease.....and who's on the team now? Marik Malik. Good luck with him, TB.

I'm giving the win to Smith because its great to see a goalie drop the gloves and protect his crease

what I loved most about this video. Is the saves Smith is making in between the hits he is giving Voros. Before the gloves come off. Funny stuff.

Great grammar there KillianMac:
Rangers fans are suck.
Why don't you learn to type before insulting someone...
As for the fight, the refs should have let them go. Voros already got into 1 fight by this time & the Lightning already were down 2 guys...not a smart penalty

Mrs. Smith was salty from his team being down all game and Drury sh*tting on him with that SH breakaway goal. Get used to losing buddy and stop whining, you'll be making $2 mil next year to be pick fights with your D-men flanking you and with your helmet on.

Smith is a jackass. There's a reason slashing is a penalty. He should have gotten intent to injure for that one. Edge Voros, not because he was that much better, but because he was much classier.

I have to give this one to Voros. Not necessarily because he earned it, but I think that Smith automatically forfeited this one by deciding to fight with his mask on. Its bad enough when guys with visors don't take off their helmets to fight, but to start a fight wearing a mask that covers every square inch of your head? Epic fail.
