Only thing worse than a visored fighter is a masked fighter., but nice battle on the lead up

Smitty was frustrated from being screened many times during the game. The TB d-men were not clearing out the crease like they're supposed to--Voros could have sat in a chair the entire game. The penalty left Tampa Bay two men short---not very smart on Smith's part.

Being a Wings fan, I've seen goalies do MUCH worse to Holmstrom, than Smith did to Voros. All those fans were gasping like that never happens in hockey. It's a very common occurrence. Usually doesn't result in the gloves dropping, but this one seamed inevitable.

Looked like Smith got a few uppercuts in there. And Voros didn't seam to land anything. So I gotta give the edge to Smith.

Not much, a draw.

Voros should have Marty McSorely'd him right through his phucking helmet. The very least smith could have done was lose the mask. That changes him from a ***** to a man in one motion

I'm givin smith the "W" for those lumber chops! those hurt more than any of the punches! Who does mike think he is? billy smith?

That was friggin awesome! I don't think Smith likes Voros, like at all...

I don't know why everyone is boo-hooing for Smith. From what I saw, he was the aggressor by far, he was hacking the crap out of Voros, and he threw the first punch (all the while protected by two feet of padding). I saw nothing done by Voros that warrants such actions. I'm actually suprised by how well he took it. That first wack could have broken his leg. I would have had no problem with Voros pounding the "defenseless" netminder. Draw.

I think I'm just going to stay out of this one. lol

Voros was bugging Smith all game long and the refs weren't calling it both ways. Smitty took his frustrations out on Voros. Tom Renney is a douchebag by the way, calling for a suspension, I hate when coaches say anything about players when they don't even play the game. Shut up Tom, let the players handle it.

Smith was feisty this game. Voros and him were having a war the entire game after Voros toppled over him.

For those who say Smith with his goalie equipment won this short fight, where exactly was Voros supposed to land a punch? I agree it was fun to watch a goalie mix it up, but this fight was a Draw.
