Riomouse911 says it right. this was extremly close to call but big mac is just a tad better in another fight of the year nominee bout!

wow cote showed alot of guts going toe to toe with the mutch bigger man, that,s why i like him over steroid goerge laroque, who covers against a big man.Cote lets it all hang out and the scrap is on and always entertaining.I will go to war with cote at my back any day of the week, hes a fighters fighter.

Who would a thunk it? Mac does better against bigger opponents...Mac definitely used his reach advantage to control the fight. He worked the body well (something that isn't done enough in hockey scraps) but I still don't think he did much damage. Most of the head shots seemed to be glancing blows, I didn't see one clean shot. I don't think he knocked Cote down with a punch, he think he knocked him off balance and fell on top. But I still gave the W to Mac.

Great fight - two of the best young heavyweights in the league today - gotta love Cote this season - he has given us some really good fights this year and never throw those ugly cheap shots at the end of the fight - its like he is learning more and more each fight he is in!

i would have called this a draw til the last punched that sent cote to the ice. slight win for macintyre.

it has nothing to do with hating the flyers. cote takesa a ton of shots in every fight he is in including the fights he wins. he keeps this up and he will wind up like fedoruk. take downs dont win fights but a punch that knocks you on your ass does

Cote landed more punches as Macintyre's punches seemed mostly to hit Cote in the helmet.

WOW.....This MAC is a hand full for anyone that comes his way.

Excellent fight up until the time when big Mac got the reach advantage and held Cote off and started to let the bombs fly. Win for MacIntyre.

close at first. then the reach took out cote. win mcintyre.

Cote went into the game craving a 'Bg Mac".
Once Cote had it in his hand, he found it difficult to swallow.
Mac 1, Cote 0

cote is a gamer. he will fight anyone at anytime. everyone he fights is bigger then him. he needs to get credit for that. as a homer i could find reasons to declare him the winner but the way i saw it i would say it was a draw, with both landing and absorbing big blows.

A gutsy effort by Cote, who surprised me by getting so many punches through on Mac, despite the big guy's reach advantage. Win for MacIntyre, but you've got to admire Cote for not being a "huggy bear."

Mac with the better punches and knockdown blow at the end. Close fight, but win to MacIntyre.
