Surprised there wasn't an instigator... hopefully it is dying out for fighting sake. Win to Mayers who is way out of Staals league.

Staal with a wicked hit...rangers fans should get used to seeing this i think. However this was an easy "W" for mayers.

The reason I don't like the instigator penalty is that they seldom use it when they should, and they do use it when they shouldn't. This would have been a case to call it. Mayer with the win.
