Riley Cote vs Eric Godard

Great fight. Everybody thats clueless rips Cote BUT his fights are some of the best in years. The guy is no huggy bear, duck and chuck, or shield wearing douche like some of this boards heroes. Goddard won this one but there will be at least 4 or 5 more before the years out.

Godard get the win for the big punch at the end

Great fight with a slight edge to Godard. This matchup would have been even better last year when these teams met more often...this new schedule sucks...

As a Pens fan I have always regarded Cote as one tough customer. Godard is certainly more entertaining in his role taking over for Laraque.

I give Godard a slight edge in this one. These guys will be going at it plenty I'm sure, with most bouts probably being pretty even.

Being a Flyer Guy I admire Cotes heart and willingness to drop them with anyone. Godard was my guy in the West and now maybe he's my guy in the east. Great fight,two guys just chuckin' em. Give it to Godard based on quality and quantity. Props to Riley for hangin' in and landing his share of shots.
