Great first punch by Cote, but the rest was BGL. The right that followed the helmet-popper also had some mean intentions attatched to it. Getting tired of the "Savardian-spinorama" style that happens too often lately.

Cote definitly did better than the last time they fought. Great job.

Win for Laraque. Once again I am saying Riley Cote is the NHL's fighter of the year. He has by far and away the most impressive fight card and always puts on a good show.

DRAW/EDGE RILEY FOR GIVING THE PENGUINS FANS THE BEST BGL FIGHT OF THE SEASON
Leafs2006- your a ****ing idiot, Cote may not be big enough to overpower a guy like Laraque but to say he's "a joke as a scrapper"??? As your boy Laraque what he thinks about Cote, he'll tell you, and I quote, he's "pound for pound the toughest guy in the NHL"....Cote has more ABILITY than anyone, proven by the fact that he hung in there with a guy 40 pounds heavier than him, and he may only have a 2 inch reach but he has freakishly long arms. As far as Cote being the ugliest, are you serious? Have you looked at your Stall brother, or Ruutu for that matter? There are dozens of uglier players than Cote.

Wow what a shot by Georges, Riley's lucky to have kept his helmet on. Man that could have sent him to the hospital. Pretty Easy win for Georges as expected. He landed a few other good shots but Riley couldn't land any other than a few body shots.

Laraque in a close one. I will bet Cote would be a fan favorite in any city he played.
As for the officials, isn't Kerry Fraser from Philadelphia.

People voted for Cote? Unbelievable. I think it might be time for some of you to change the bong water! I am a huge Pens fan as well as a huge Laraque fan. But I would be the first person to tell you if BGL lost the fight. Stop voting for who you like better you jackasses! As usual, a clear win for Big Georges!

nice scrap... cote was lucky his head didnt fly off with his helmet and good thing there was a roof overhead or he would have been looking for his helmet out on the streets.... BGL with the easy "W"..

Would have expected more out of these two. Not much of a scrap at all. No clear winner either, this was a draw.

Listen to the commentators, Cote had to psych himself up to fight Laraque... Georges could fight 2 cotes at the same time and have a good chance of winning... Hands down to Laraque... Clearly he knows how to fight the big ones and knows to how fight Cote....

Definitely a better showing by Cote than their previous bout this year, but still Georges is too much for him. After about 7 views of this fight have to give it to Laraque. He's still the champ.
