Not a bad fight considering Stortini was involved. Vandermeer by a nose, or a knuckle, rather.

Stortini was jawing beforehand, but was just a punching bag with a helmet on after the gloves came off.

Stortini shows up for this one - but is still over-matched. Win Vandermeer.

Did Stortini land a single punch? You have to at least hit the other guy to get a draw or win, and I didn't see one that caught Vandy in the face. Vandy missed a few as well, hard not too with Storts holding on so much. Unlike some I don't hate Stortini - at least he's willing to go with anyone but he rarely seems to win and I almost never see him open up and throw them. Vandy landed several uppercuts and a right flush that the ref partially blocked the view of. Win Vandy.

So many punches, so few landing. Draw, and way more lame than it could of/should of have been.

Vandemeer is on his 3rd team in a season. They threw him off the flyers apparently for not fighting enough (1 fight for them), but ever since he threw the Flame uniform on he's been dropping them. Looks like he's found a home in the tundra. It took alot of chirps from Stort but they got it going. Slight edge to Vandy here who is more effective with his right, almost tries to gouge Zack with the left. In the beginning, you can count on Storts to put up a good showing win or lose. He loves to fight even if his gets clobbered.

what a surprise these two guys got going !!!!! wish the ref would get out of the camera angle...two guys who seemed to know what they were doing and nobody could get much of an advantage
