Stopped too soon? I dont think so! Vandermeer realized he hurt Laperriere and he stopped throwing. Like a true professional that he is, Van didnt continue trying to hurt. Lap also acknowledged that at the end. Get a clue people, thats a TKO for Jimmy V

Vandy is a slow starter but one of the best technical fighters ever; pound for pound. He looks to get his left hand lose and then hit you with the jack hammer. He can change hands with the best of them. This guys is a middleweight and has taken on some of the best heavy weights.

Ask Brad Brown and Parros about Vandy`s left hand. Once he smoked Lapeerriere he stopped throwing them. Ian has a huge hurt but is overmatched...

i gotta call it a draw, but i could be wrong. all punches landing were laperrieres until one good one by vandermeeer at the end.
agree vandemeer should have fought more when on flyers to make up for his defensive shortcomings. they could have used it.

Just cause all you piece of ****, bitter canadian hockey fans don't have him, don't hate on my boy Lappy. He is a scrapper, and if he played for your team you'd love him! So **** you!

Lappy started off great landing some unanswered rights. Vandy decided to go underneath & seemed to land a nice uppercut. It was a nice punch but I dunno about calling this a TKO. Yeah, the punch landed but Lappy was fine.

This was not the same as what Godard did to Erskine. EDGE VANDY ANYWAY!
