Craig Conroy vs Jared Boll

Conroy tucks his chin in his chest with his VISOR on like a little bi*ch and throws blind punches with nothing on them. Boll had the better shots and eaily could have pounded Conroy when he threw him down. Give Conroy credit for taking one for the team by pulling an already PO'd Boll off the pile.

Let me get this straight. Boll leads the league in fights and fancies himself as some kind of tough guy. So he fights a 36-year-old Lady Byng candidate and maybe gets a draw. Meanwhile, at the end of the first period, he runs away from Godard with a look of absolute terror in his eyes--he KNEW he would have received the beatdown to end all beatdowns. And yet Calgary are the b****** and dirty team.

A flame dishes out a cheap shot? Heaven forbid! Really, what would you expect from a team full of bitches who fight with visors on(except Godard, who is an honourable fighter). Reghre follows in the footsteps of Iggy, Dapoof , etc.

Robyn Regher is a douche well then again he has a womans name. Good for Boll gotta go for the local guy. By the way Canada sucks!

I don't see how everyone is calling this a win for Boll... first off, the original hit on Boll was dirty, but it's also a case of "what goes around comes around" and then Conroy landed quite a few shots and Boll just happened to get the throwdown when Conroy was off balance - Draw

No surprise here. Boll continues to pick his spots. 24 fights, only 2 against other goons.

However, I do love the announcers in this one.

In peewee they teach you not to turn your back on a hit. Boll, who ran Regehr earlier in the game on an obvious icing call, can't stick handle at all -loses the puck in his skates, turns his back on the play as Regehr is about to hit him, and somehow this is a cheap shot.

Boll had a "Ken Hitchcock hat trick" in this game.

1.) waddled away from a fight with Primeau.
B) waddled way from a fight with Godard .
C) waddled away from a fight with Regehr.

Then this clown "stands up for himself" by dropping the gloves (and barely holding his own) against a complete pacifist.

This is why we don't need hockey in more "non-traditional" markets like Ohio. The talent pool is so thin that guys like Boll can fill a roster spot. Beauty.
