Hey so how long before Robyn Fageher becomes a Flyer?I remember him and his cheap shot antics during the 04 Cup against the Lightning.Nice to see Boll get up and beat the crap out of Conroy.Conroy should have left Boll on the pile.Wow I love the Flame marks on this site.Conroy the win, maybe in some alternate universe.

What no mention by the announcers of the dangerous hit by Boll on Regehr on an icing call earlier in the game? Oh ya they must have missed that one. Boll was slipping in his own **** all night with Goddard around then fights Conroy. Real tough guy.

Those of you who are calling Boll out for fighting the likes of Conroy obviously weren't paying attention to the cheap shot previous to the fight. Typical of the cheapshot Calgary Flames. Boll didn't go after Conroy- Conroy put himself in a bad position.

Okay buddy..seeing as regher was obviously tangled up, you didnt see Boll trying to at regher? You must be blind

yeah, Boll was scared of Rgehr. The person who posted it both stupid and blind. Boll couldn't get to Regehr and he's never been scared of anybody in the NHL. Conroy had no business over there and was owned.

Not condoning the hit, it may have been borderline bad, although Boll set himself up for it by turning. It's funny to hear the announcer talk like that, when I believe that it was Boll the hit Iginla from behind the last time these two team met in Columbus.

If you come in and start grabbing and pulling on an guy who you know likes to throw and knows how to throw you better be willing to be used as target practice!!! Its good to see Boll get up and great to see Rome jump in.

I called it a draw, as punches thrown at someone on their back lack class and do not count in my book. Conroy actually looked to land more, though weaker, punches. Boll gets the takedown, as should be expected of the guy that leads the league in FMs when up against someone who is in his second fight of his career (last being on 10/26/2000, against his current captain).

Pretty good fight though, as there was not much thought of defense.

The hit looked legal to me (btw, I severely dislike Calgary, and bear no ill towards Columbus). Boll was facing parallel to the boards when hit...he was not facing at the boards to make it a boarding hit. Boll also turns his back to Regehr to play the puck. That said, legal does not mean clean...Regehr should have pulled up.

Good sportsmanship by Boll. He could have completely smacked Conroy.

Boll brought that hit from behind on himself . If youre going to put your back to the opposing players to protect the puck guess what , you will get hit from behind . nothing bad from Regehr in my book , players use this as an excuse to not be hit from behind and i dont think its right . back in the day nobodys skirt would have blown up and the benches would clear . end of problem . i score the fight draw , Conroy weak shots but more , Boll with good finish and takedown .
