Mezei initiates and shows some strength. When Boulton can't get Mezeis helmet and visor off he tries to wrestle him down. Mezei goes after a guy who's already had a pretty long fight with Belak, and doesn't take the visor off to do it. Draw.

really not much of a fight but i did like the duck and throw by Mezei . nothing really connected . draw for lack of action

I don't have a problem with a visor, but if your gonna go man up and get rid of it...probably the deciding factor of the fight.

I give it to Mezei.....Boulton just wanted to wrestle and get it over with.

I would have liked to see mezei take of the visor but based on what I saw I gave it to mezei.

Mezei wins for a few reasons.
Boulton had gone after Jokinen at end of last play in front of net... a couple of face shots with gloves on ... no call. couldn't get him to go. Mezei retaliates by cross checking him in front of the bench well behind the play on the line change. (not seen in video) Mezei tags Boulton quickly with a few lefts. Boulton tries to tie him up but Mezei had the reach and weight advantage. As Boulton ties up the left Mezei lands a few rights. i counted at least 6 solid shots by Mezei to 2 weakish glancing blows by Boulton. Boulton eventually wrestles Mezei down. Mezei breaks free and tags Boulton with 2 more rights 1of wich was solid.

IMO fight was broken up too soon.

Reasons for win:
1) Boulton failed to land greater number of solid punches.

P.S.** After the two combatants were placed in the penalty box Boulton kept jawing away at Mezei. He called him a "F'n p-ssy" and told him to "take off his helmet next time". IMO this means Boulton knows he lost this bout.

Johnny Visor strikes again. If they drop their gloves, and don't flip their lid, they should get tossed for being a homo.

I don't like giving victories to the guys wearing the panty shields but well hockey is hockey and tantrums to flair. Boulton was defintely caught off gaurd here and didn't land much. I this were in open ice the outcome may have been different. Even though Boulton didn't look to keen on fighting this time out he spent quite a bit of time yapping about the shield Slav was wearing while they were in the penalty box. Boulton was caught off guard because he didn't expect a shielded player to drop'em. Next time these two hit open ice on the same shift, I will be watching.
