Guillaume Latendresse vs Nolan Pratt

Ok..let me try to understand.. So im an nhl player and i choose to wear a visor because im not a fighter or an agitator. A player who doesnt wear a visor challenges me to a fight. What do i do ???? ask for time-out and a screwdriver to take the visor off ?? Take my helmet off ,and so im not wearing anything, even though the other guy still has the helmet on ? That doesnt seem fair. Skate away and not fight ? I dont think so.

jcm..you missed the point. I agree that if you CHOOSE to fight you should ditch visor. Im saying sometimes you dont choose to..you HAVE to. Answer my Q ...if somebody challenges you to fight , what do you do?
Im saying if you're challenged and you wear a visor...if the other guy takes the helmet off you should too...if he doesnt , and you didnt go looking for the fight i dont think you're a pansy for not taking off your helmet. You saying that if you're challenged to fight and you have a visor on that theres no shame in skating away and declining to fight is the DUMBEST, pansiest thing ive ever heard !! get real man.

I am going to break my own rules for rating visor fights. Usually I give an automatic dq but there is such a prevalance of "hereos" in visors that I am about ready to give up. Anyways, enough ranting. Latendresse picks a fight while wearing a visor and lands some good shots in this fight of non-fighters. Easy win for him but theres that damn visor. Sorry, I'm ranting again.
