peters with two nice ones, tho boulerice was more into the fight. Fighting in hockey is like fighting a turtle, only the head is really vulnerable..hockey fights shoulds be a part of MMA, just swings to the face :-)

Peters with the win, but I'll echo a lot of other guys, his style blows. Nice try by Boulerice twice to snap that left arm in half to get him to stop stiff arming him and actually fight. Credit to Boulerice also for switching hands and trying to win with the left, too bad he missed and fell on the last punch.

Peters wins I guess cuz he landed more solid punches, but Boul of rice gets respect for actually trying to fight like a man should. Peters hold the player at a distance and duck till you throw is very old. His little strategy seems to be to fire when the other guy actually tries to get close and fight him. pretty b itch way to do it.

Someone said somethin about COTE always losing. Yea he has lost to some heavyweights, but he has also won againist some top ones. He will fight anyone. The reason he should be fighter of the year so far is that he throws with anyone even though undersized. He does not always win, but has a lot of heart. I challenge all the COTE haters to look at the ratings of his fights, then pick 5 other guys who you consider to be top fighters and see if they have more highly rated fights then Cote. ratings of 7 and up on here seem to be real good fights and Cote has more 7 and up ratings than any other top tough guy. What does that say.

There really was not much substance here. These haymakers you guys speak of landed mostly on the helmet and shoulder pads. Nothing landed that cleanly from either guy. More sizzle than steak for sure.

Peters hides. Boulerice wanted to stand and throw. Captain duckaway landed a bomb or two, but was afraid to stand toe to toe. Hahaha...Love how The Tucker Fan gives it to Boulerice. He thinks Tucker beat Ruutu!

Peters rocks him pretty good, but hat's off to Boulerice for getting up after taking that huge shot!

Boulerice showed a lot of heart, but Peters pounded him early and often. Excellent fight.

Major Cauliflower ear on boulericechex. Peters lands the right, Rice goes down pulling Peters with him. The refs should get the spoils here for letting them continue. Rice gets up and should have started bombing Peters but, He's Rice, he just doesn't win them. At least he dind't cross check Peters in the throat or ram a stick up his back side. As for Peters, he might make a great "slot receiver" in the canadian footbal league with that ridiculous straight arm giving him a clear advantage here. Jesse actually makes it much closer by landing the jersey jabs but it doesn't compare to those 2 Peters rights. Jesse is also throwing wild bombs here, good thing Peters had his trusty stiffy arm going. If Rice had landed that last left....
A lot of Peters haters here wanting Cote to destroy him again. You have to say, Peters did the job here, Buffalo scored 3 goals in this period. Oddly enough flyers won it, breaking their losing streak in the end. Flyers now have a new strategy. Send Jesse in to take a beating for the team.

Judging by your post R-Wick it sounds like you would do the same thing for your team...Why is everyone bitching? Peters won. It was a great fight by both players.

how is this not even in the 80 percent win for peters! Peters dropped him and dominated the whole fight

I MUST BE AN IDIOT BECAUSE ICANNOT SEE ALL THE BOMBS PETERS LANDED AND BECAUSE I NEVER SAID BOULERICE LANDED GREAT PUNCHES, ALL I SAID IS PETERS IS A ***** THAT WILL NOT FIGHT UNLESS HE KNOWS HE WILL WIN, MUCH LIKE A LOT OF THE SUPPOSED TOUGH GUYS IN THE NHL NOW, THAT SAID I STILL SAY HOCKEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN A DECADE BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW MANY FRENCH CANADIAN **** THERE ARE THEY CANNOT SUPPORT A 30+ TEAM LEAGUE IN NORTH AMERICA, THEN THE EUROPEAN AND SLOVAKS CAN GO BACK AND RUN EACH OTHER AND NEVER HAVE TO FIGHT, HOCKEY IS A MERE SHADOW OF ITS FORMER SELF

good scrap, I am not a big fan of either of these guys. Boulerice is overrated as a fighter, he and Peters are in the second class of heavyweights in the league. I gave it to Peters. On a side note everyone should check out the Downey vs Boulerice fight if they have yet to see it.
