okay in responce to all this chuck n duck peters... yea theres alot of peters haters out there now. and bosatonrs 555 said that peters has been a wuss ever sense the matt johnson fight.. well i looked it up. it is true that peters had a different stance than. ( a normal one) but in 2003 it was peters first yr and i watched several fights from 03, 04, 05, and 06 and yes slowly over time peters chance has changed. he didnt become a wuss becouse he got knocked out. it didnt happen over night. he protects his face to protect his face. no one out there wants to get bruised up. and he just has a different stance. thats all. wen he gets pissed hes no different than any other guy. wen he gets pissed n starts throwin he will keep throwin. n sense he has the reach. i think he should use it to his advantage n let the other guy wear out. and then let him in close to knock him with some hard ones.
peters isnt a puss
and any one who says he is why dont u watch some of his older fights. he can throw with anyone. he hasnt had to many great ones this yr. but he is still out there doing it. i think u guys r being to critical on him. !! Go Peters!!

Peters definately won that one, landed some beauties. Boulerice hung in there and did okay for himself though.

Peters clearly beats Boulerice there. I think Jesse has potential, but he is a bitch when it comes to balance. He's too eager to throw the bombs. God bless his soul.

Peters!

Peters won that one, but I'm tired of watching him look for the coins he dropped on the ice during every fight. He has easily the worst tough guy style in the league.

Hmm, It was a good fight... I used to think though, that Peter's "Wait it out" style was ingenius, but I'm beginning to think that it wastes too much time and frustrates the opponent and myself...
Chalk one up for Peters all the same.

fairly decent comeback attempt by Boulerice, but gotta give it up for Peters who had some nice right hand shots.

Peters completely pussed out and all he did was turn away and swing his pocket book. I'm not impressed by Boulerice at all, but at least he stood there toe to toe while Peters shied away.

By far Peters best fight of the year, pretty entertaining, and you gotta give props to the linesman for letting them go!

Linesmen were the winners of that tilt ! good job.

I was at this game. Initially, some of the crowd started booing Peters for hanging back and avoiding Boulerice. I think we're all sick of watching him cower from opponents, waiting to throw blind haymakers. Plus, he usually knocks himself off balance.

This scrap actually turned out alright. It probably cost him the fight, but it wouldn't have been interesting at all if Boulerice didn't try working Peters arm to bring him in close.

Both landed 2 quality punches, calling it a draw.

Peters again plays diplomat before going at Boulerice, but for once, Peters was able to knock Boulerice (heck, anyone!) down not once, but twice, while landing some considerable haymakers in the process. Some trading back and forth, but it was Peters who was in control of this fight, and ultimately came away with a check in all categories. Win Peters.

My beloved Flyers lose another fight( a common theme the last couple of years). Yes Jesse has heart, as does Riley, as did Ben and yes these guys did win once in a while. But really(not Riley, pun intended)when was the last time the Boys from Broad Street had a feared, win more than lose enforcer? Not since Brash left methinks. And I know the Brash haters will rip me for saying Brash was feared( perhaps to strong a term) but like him or not at least you knew that he was usually going to win the scrap. My sermon is now over. Except to say that PFLY64 is an idiot who must be blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.
