Edge to Parros; his reach advantage made a difference. Both guys seemed to through a lot of haymakers that missed.

Nice fight..............If either guy had connected more we might have seen some red. Edge to the stache.

One thing always bothered me about Parros. He can't skate and when he fights he rarely keeps his balance. He is flopping all over the ice with arms dangling all over the place trying to connect.

Parros looked great in that fight and gets the win.

He was throwing purely bombs, landing some of them. His balance was great. That move where he took off the helmet and popped him was great, and he ended the fight in a better position, with Godard at his mercy.

Win Parros.

Good tilt - two bigs boys throwing them. Close fight and I could easily call this a draw. I gave it to Godard because of the 3 early lefts and the T2T rights. Class move by Parros at the end - he had Godard's jersey over his head but didn't throw any.

Parros by a mustache. Good old-time heavyweight slugfest. This is what you pay your money for.

Parros with the edge

Awesome scrap by a couple of classic enforcers. I love the say Godard waits for Parros to face him when they lost their balance. A chickensh1t like Hatcher would have gone for a few blind cheapshots.

Great fight. Both were throwing haymakers. Draw.

Wow if those intial Parros rights would have landed. They were, of course, a little to wild which is typical Parros, and not straight on rights like Boogey's or Orr's, but they would still hurt and he got more in on Godard than vice versa. Parros has also got that uppercut. Godard though is a pretty big foe so most of these shots were held off or this would've been a massacre. Parros would be wise to continue "losing" his elbow pads to get some better throws in like he did here. Can't wait for next year when Easterners like me get to see more of Parros provided that the ducks keep him, and knowing the Ducks organization's penchant for fisticuffs it's a no brainer.
