A much smaller Red Wing took on the biggest baddest Duck there is and chopped him down. People just cannot give the Wings any credit even when it's a clear win. No more of this "he lost his balance" or "not that great of a fight" crap. They both squared off and Parros lost. End of story. One Duck down three to go. Get after 'em Downey!

Downey busy with the left, finding his mark. Parros not looking good here. Easy win for Downey.

its good to see someone finally stepping up to defend his own teamates and putting a fire under their team

It's about time Downey won a fight. Who is Parros anyway?

Nice go for Downey. Gotta give respect to a guy much smaller and winning

Nice to see Someone take down that Parros
He is a tough guy
He recently smoked Cote from Philly
When Downey hit him and dropped like he did
he sent a message to Anahiem
If I am playing in the Playoffs you will not push around our team
Way to Go Downey
Like the Senators The Ducks don't like it when they get pushed around

DONT BE FOOLED, PARROS TASTED THOSE LEFT HANDS, IT WAS'NT A LONG FIGHT, BUT EVERY SECOND OF IT HE SPENT TRYING NOT TO GET HIT, AFTER THE FIRST LEFT LANDED, HE WENT DEFENSIVE, CLEAR WIN FOR DOWNEY AGAINST WHAT MAY BE THE LEGIT ENFORCER THIS YR IN THE NHL,

Wow Downey had a good fight taken on a top10 be top 5 fighter. And look at that after the fight the red wings score two goals (should've been 3). See Detroit thats why you need a heavy!

Weak fight, but win to Downey. Parros hasnt looked to good since that knee injury, looks like he cant keep his balance. He needs to pluck a hair from that magical stache and rub it on his knee and he should be back!

Wings fans crying about officiating?
Detroit has gotten about every call this season so far.
Not that I enjoy the cheapshot artists formerly known as the ducks either.
