He has been a cheap shot in every level he has played in, INCLUDING the international level. Look it up. He cant fight and if you all had half a clue you would notice that he only goes with players smaller then him! Downie held his own, wont he fight and when they were finished they separated. Ruutu was the one the stopped, not Downie. Downie just had to turn a round and skate away, Ruutu didnt throw a punch for the last 30 seconds. You people are total idiots!
