I scored this a draw. What happened to the Bad A** Red Wings teams? They used to strike fear into the heart of any visiting team with a bunch of tough guys who could really go. They need an enforcer to compliment some of the skill.

Downey wins. It was close though. Good to see all the veterans fighting tonight.

It's rare to see Downey lose a fight. Well, he didn't lose this one either, but O'Donnell certainly answered the call and did quite well.....DRAW

O'Donnell was a very good as Downey was good.
O'Donnel with the best punch(early landing).
O'Donnell went down as Downey punches him then.
Before going down O'Donnell threw a good punch(right) that maybe landed to the side of Downey's helmet.
Before that punch Downey had a control.
A draw as O'Donnell surprised well in this one.

O'Donnell landed more punches. In fact he started throwing them before Downey got his gloves off. Guess he needed a head start .

Draw/edge Downey for the three shots at the start

tdawg, who won? pronger gets a slight edge vs non fighter and much smaller cleary mainly because cleary hurts something. And then downey wins. so in hindsight, detroit got two points and and split fights. not a bad showing.

Redwing's Rule. Stickhandling and skating and now they are incorporating toughness when it's needed. Now all im waiting for is the Gordie Howe elbow.. GO WING"S

Edge to Downey in this one for landing more, and better shots. Kudos to Aaron for not unloading on O'Donnell when the Duck was down and unable to protect himself. Unlike Pronger, some guys still respect their opponents in this game.

goonsrock- Yes, we all miss the Probert/Kocur bruise brother days but when you are leading the league by a ridicoulus amount of points (14 over 2nd place Sens) you must have enough grit to get it done.

Gotta go with a draw here, neither guy got much of an advantage over the other. Sean MAY have had a slight edge, but I'll still go with a draw.
