Sweet hit by Tootoo and dumbass Foote jumps him and starts to punch him, before tootoo has the time to drop the gloves. What a coward He knows he woulda got his ass kicked face to face. Even though foote threw more, i think tootoo did more damage with the one or two punches he landed. I just wanna know y barely anyone mentioned foote with the cheapshot

Lesson: Don't skate with your head down. I don't think anyone did anything wrong in this whole scenario. Clean hit, standing up for a teammate, and popping a guy for jumping you before your gloves are off. Pretty sure that's called hockey.

Good hit by Tootoo. Good decision by the Captain.

Tootoo may be able to give Domi a run for the hardest skull cap of all time. People hit him, but it doesn't seem to phase him. It was a clean hit, but I don't blame Foote for going after him. You have to stick up for your team even if it is a clean hit. Foote lands a bunch of shots, but Tootoo lands the best shot. The one big shot is not enough to win the fight, but it was pretty entertaining. Tootoo is the kind of guy you hate unless he is on your team then you love him. He may put a questionable hits on people, but he is willing to back it up.

Foote got the edge in this decent fight landing the best punch early on.
He controlled the fight mostly, but Tootoo ended up well to taking him down and trrying too a couple punches.

Was there anything wrong with the hit? I only watched it once, but it looked fine to me. Is this what happens on a clean hard check in the NHL now? If a guy gets caught with his head down and someone lays a good hit on him there has to be a fight? I thought Orr's hit the other night was pretty legit, and this one too. But maybe I'm wrong, I don't have time to study it 20 times. Foote was looking to end this before Tootoo even got the gloves off. I thought it was very close because I don't think Foote landed many of them square.

Tootoo wins even though he was ambushed.

Check out the stats on these guys and you'll notice the size mismatch. Nonetheless, a draw, and that's a compliment to Tootoo, though I still think he's kind of a dirtbag (read: gloved punch to the face of Robidas).

Foote early, Tootoo late.....draw. Not a fan of Tootoo, but the hit looked clean.

Thats Two Two losses in a row buddy. It's great to see tootoo get beat up like this now if we could only convince Sean Ovary he was a tough guy. But in retrospect I give tootoo some credit the man always mans up it seems and takes his lickens and alota times delivers them.

Clear win for Foote, homers will call it a draw!

Once again Tootoo gets destroyed. I understand a 1st line guy like Iginla wearing a visor, but even he loses the lid when he scraps. Tootoo is a coward plain and simple.

Foote landed most of his shots before tootoo even dropped his stick. Tootoo lands a few solid shots once he gets going, decent scrap for my money

Tootoo finally had to answer to a higher authority. But nice right kid.
