What's up with Gary Roberts. This freak of nature has defeated Eager and Sutton within a week. Roberts is akin to a Bernard Hopkins of Hockey. They both belie age.

For roberts to even be playing this competitively at his age is amazing. Beating Eager earlier this week was impressive enough, but to take on a monster like Sutton and win.... I love gary roberts

Great to see 40 year old Gary Roberts handle his business again. Sutton had the edge at first, but then "Scary Gary" came on hard near the middle to the end. Nice win for Gary. Especially against a much younger and bigger guy like Sutton.

Roberts takes a few to get into a position to throw then it was over. I think Roberts was in a car accident early in his career and almost had to retire due to a neck injure but made a comeback. He didn't play the 96-97 season.

Scary Gary is great! It's like he loses it and flips the switch into fight mode.

Sutton is a good 50 lbs heavier than Roberts, but that was a legit knockdown from Roberts. I hope the Pens resign Roberts for a couple more years.

I have a new favorite player in the NHL. Mr. Roberts is doing some serious damage! I've always had tremendous respect for him, but he's gone off the charts. I've just entered my 40's, and that makes what he's doing all the more amazing to me. Keep going Gary!

if sutton learned to fight, he would be a force. guy is huge. he must weigh 260. but for now, he gets his azz handed to him by 6'1 gary roberts. nice work by gary the old timer.

Old Gary wins again. Sutton's a puke. Too bad big George did't get ahold of him. Is Roberts getting younger?

damn, i didn't even know Roberts could or would do this at his age.

to beat Eager and then Sutton within a week...damn.

George who???

nypd6476...how can you say a fight goes to the player who lands more punches....you could land 40 punches and do no damage what so ever, and the opponent can land 1 and drop you. Does the guy who landed the more little sissy punches get the victory? or the guy who knocked you out? obvioulsy edge to roberts (who also needs to be named captain..)

The old boy does it again. You just have to love Scarey Gary. What a team leader. 41 and still fights like a junk yard dog. What a stud!!!!!!!!!!!
