Is it just me or does Philly just have more of its share of people who insist on fighting while wearing visors and chinstraps tighter than if they were doing bomb disposal. In junior, you were taught to fight with honour -- doff the helmet, Carter, you poltroon. At least you were the one bloodied.

Normally I flip when players don't take off their visors, however in this case they didn't even have time to take the gloves off. So I'm not too upset that the visors stayed on. Carter gets the win.

Whitney was sad in this fight, so It's gotta go to Carter. Although Carter was a joke as well.

Way to go Jeff, to bad Richards didn't get his hands on Cindy after he tripped Biron. The Pens are just a bunch of whiny babies after every whistle. Cindy wouldn't even go with Biron who was calling him on.

Considering that this was Whitneys first fight in the NHL, he did okay, but like i said about the armstrong fight, by the time the game got to this point, the game had gotten way out of hand

Coburn tried to separate the two players which is normally what happens at the end of a game (this occurred at :20 of the video). Carter and Whitney didn't start to throw real punches until about :23 (the point where you see Coburn trip over a stick GETTING AWAY from the fight.) So quit your complaining that Coburn was in on the fight, especially seeing as how he didn't throw a punch at all. And besides the "two best punches" Whitney threw (at about :30) completely missed as Carter ducked under both of them. Win Carter.

Maybe Carter should throw them more often

Ryan Whitney has to much talent to even bother fighting....prob go with carter, doesnt' really matter. I saw the philly papers today talkin about how we lost all these fights...pathetic, even terrible journalism there...Malone won his rematch, roberts beat Eager down who some Dumbass from philly said Eager is the New goon he can shoot, pass, skate an fight...Ummm..yeaa, apparently huffing paint is big on the to do list of the most overated fans in all of sports...Eager has zero points and 60 PIM's..I hate talkin smack on here, but even when it's other teams that are in fights with philly it just shows how pathetic and low most philly fans sports IQ's are...They get all PUMPED up about Eager like he's something special...And quit saying they're back ..philly hasn't beat anyone in thirty years, and your fan base isn't tough b/c it boo's or threatens opposing fans, i think every place on the east coast does that...Go to www.espnradio1250.com and listen to Mark Madden from 3-7...get yourself a quick sports education, than post something intellegence on here..actually i'm pathetic myself for posting somethign on hockey fights.com when it's really just a freakshow side part of the game ..

Carter took advantage of Whitney getting unbalanced and took him down with force. An "eh" fight...

fighting with a visor on should be a game misconduct end of story.
