first off, chara is lucky he's 6,9 260lbs, cuz if he was a middle size guy, he'd get his ass kicked on a regular bases.here's a good example of trying to injure a good player and then take on someone that doen't stand a chances against you . Are the Referee's afraid of Chara? Makes me wonder, as the elbow to the head of Kovalev was clear to everyone, so WHY are they so leanient when it comes to Chara? I say nail him with everything. Good for you Latendresse to step up to the "most unsportsman like player" in the league.

All you folks that hate Chara out there-don't hate him because he's bigger and better than your little guys. That wasn't an elbow....that poor little dude only came up to Chara's belly button. It was incidental contact HAHAHA!

i really don't feel that this should be called a fight since the other didn't throw a punch or even get his gloves off, but as a bruins fan, i'm happy to see chara go after somebody. Obviously he wasn't really looking to find an even tilt, he just wanted the canadiens to understand that if they keep starting **** with the B's, they gotta answer to someone sooner or later

I really do wonder what planet the 5% of people who voted for Latendresse are inhabiting. Even if you disagree with what Chara did I don't see how on earth you could think Latendresse won. I thought that it was tight by the referee to give him a penalty, Latendresse didn't even dare to look Chara in the eye, let alone hit him.

I like to see big Z drop the gloves as much as the next fan of the Black and Gold, but this was a pretty weak "fight". If the linesman wasn't there it might of actualy been worth something (Chara putting a dude in the hospital). I think it was the result of frustration more than anything, the B's lost their momentum in the 3rd and started playing like crap.

True- Chare is the tallest guy in the NHL, Guillame Latendresse is not small ether. but it was a short and bad one.
Huh, when i saw "Zedeno Chara" i accpacted to see a better fight than that one.

Everyone knows this was a crap display by a crap 'player'. Chara shouldn't even be playing hockey, he should be in WWE or something more fitting his intelligence. It IS funny, however, how many Bruins fans get all jealous of the Canadiens... after all, they've won how many of their last how many against them??? Its bound to strike a nerve...
