Eric Godard vs Derek Boogaard

Good fight. Boogard landed more big punche and gets the win.

Godard got in more, but less effective punches. Boogaard took his time, waited for an opening and landed bigger punches. For the finale punch Boogaard had him up against the glass and got in a really nice, solid last punch. Boogaard won this one. Good fight.

I have to say it was a draw Boogaard had him in the beginning with some hefty rights but Godard came back in the end with a couple nice lefts pretty entertaining

Not sure why Boogaard wears skates, the guy is a slug. Good fight, but a lot of fluff from Boogs with very little substance. He should be able to destroy a guy like Godard.

I LOVE IT. Two true heavyweights pairing off in one helluva scrap. I thought this was a much better bout than the voted rating implies. Most people like to see two guys completely open up and throw 100 haymakers, but this was certainly no hugfest, either...

two of the league's best fighters squaring off in a very strategic bout. This was one helluva scrap, if you ask me... Godzilla landed some lead-heavy punches, but I scored this one slightly in Boogaard's favour...

I notice a lot of people are saying Godard is a bitch and he is dirty, what's the problem this time people? He doesn't wear or fight with a visor on, and I know you all love to whine about that. Or maybe he runs arround all game firing off cheap shots......yea, I can't say that I have seen a lot of that either. Or maybe because he handed Boogard his ASS last year and Boogard has yet to even come close to beating down Godard that badly.
I hate to have to go back 10 months, but wow....people are sure grasping at straws with the crap they whine about. And BoogeymMan0024 it's funny how the Wild turned to CRAP after losing to the Flames Huh?

ok, some fans just vote for boogs cause they are fans and others vote against boogs because he hasnt beat george or bash, but its hockey fights any heavyweight can beat any heavyweight just depends on when whos line is out there 1st and how long
