Comments: The two come together on the side of the Blackhawks net and the rest of the players on the ice pile in after them. They drop the gloves, grab ahold of each other, and skate away from the scrum. Chara throws three rights to start things off. Koci responds with one of his own. They each throw simultaneous rights and Chara gets knocked down. He gets back up and throws seven unanswered rights that include a mix of uppercuts and straight shots. The linesmen move in and break things up. Koci is bleeding all over the ice and has blood all over his face from a cut on the bridge of his nose.

WIth his reach Chara is a menace. Koci was cut from a previous fight, and you have to give him props for going again so soon. I think a rematch is in order, but as a Bruins fan I am happy to see there new toughness.

Good fight!Chara was impressive and I hope that Koci all will be fine with nose!Chara win that's for sure!

*Animal-kingdom kumatai ... above-average sized human versus a full-grown semi-domesticated Chara.* Foolish human. Back home when he was a teenager, Chara used to show off by hammer-throwing 100 lb hay bails a 100 yards through the air. He once wrestled to death a Bengal tiger and ate it's liver. He can crush a 2x4 with in his hands. He can also bite through it and then digest the wood. Chara is so big and scary strong, Koci might as well have been fighting against a different species of simian. Did you see just before the fight started Chara asked Koci if he wanted to proceed? Koci nodded "yes" and the frightening beating began. Even more so than Boogaard, whenever Chara fights I worry someone is going to die.

From a technical standpoint, Koci fought him wrong. Since he gave up so much reach to Chara, he should have gotten in close and taken away Chara's advantage (hugfest).

Chara is an idiot. Any decent player would have quit when they saw the blood running down Koci's face. Chara's nothing but a bully..... Remember his fight with Lecavalier??

Big Bird nailed him with a very hard shot. Koci is entertainig and tough but he should be smart and heal before he has another scrap.

I would hate to see Koci become another Fridge.

Still someone thinks Chara is bad fighter?He beaten Koci(ohh my heart I´m Sens fan so I like Chara in Boston too but David is CZECH like me!).

I would like to see a rematch when Koci has no cuts on his face from previous fights. Koci would be all over him.

Koci's too damn tough. Man can take a beating and not even care. Chara gets the decision, but Koci's the tougher man.
