David Koci vs Wade Belak

Draw. Decent fight between two tough guys. Think this is the fight where Koci got his nose broken. It sure looked crooked enough.

Fight was a draw unfortunately for Koci he got cut up a bit and it looked a lot worse then it was.

A good fight for once. Koci never backs down and never does the "hugfest" B.S. that most NHL heavyweights employ. The nose and the blood give the nod to Belak. Guys like Koci might revive the NHL as far as the place for fighting. These dancers we normally see should both get 10 minute misconducts for "boredom".

BTW, why does the NHL not require all helmets to be taken off and these new jerseys to actually work? Probert made a living with "tear-a-way" hockey shirts....???!!!

I saw Koci after this tilt and he was scraped up a little bit but he also landed some hard shots and had the decisive edge but Belak landed a couple real good shots so I called it a draw.

Belak sucks but did much better than I thought he would.
