Not a quality fight, but a good one without doubt.
Laraque controlled most of the bout, but in the end Brashear got him down, but by pushing move.
A narrow win to Laraque.

Win Laraque. The last punch was a punch to the helmet to an off-balanced Laraque.

Easy win Laraque...only punch Brashear landed was to the helment.

The two best fighters in the league definitely

I'm giving this one a draw. Laraque definitely owned the fight early on, but Brash had some explosive energy in the end, not to mention might be the first fighter to actually knock Laraque down the way he did. Very impressive fight.

George and Brashear are still the top two fighters. Win for George but Brashear is still the most intimidating player in Hockey. George is the Heavyweight champ !

Brashear hit the ice at least twice, so how can he be the winner when he knocked BGL once? Laraque with the win.

Laraque got some nice early shots in but the haymaker came from Brashear!!

Brashear's haymaker was pure helmet on Georgie. That hurt his fist as much as Laraque's head, I assure you. GL ftw, solid desicion.

Watch the slow motion. Both of Brashear's punches hit helmet, Laraque gets the dub here.

Laraque dominated this fight from the get-go......Letting Brash up twice was a nice move......Brash's punches only connected with BGL's helmet......Better luck next time Brash!!

Wow. I called that a draw. A great fight, Laraque winning the first part and Brash coming back real strong telling me that Laraque didn't do that much damage with his punches, enough to knock Donny off balance and he comes back with 2 wicked left bombs which floored big George. Hard to pick it either way so a draw it is.

all Laraque until two good shots by brashear at end.
