Aaron Downey vs Kyle McLaren

A good technically sound fight for Downey, earning him the edge in this bout against the larger and stronger McLaren. Would have liked to see the fight from the first blow Downey landed however, it carries the potential to push this fight even more in favor of him, but as standing. Close fight, slight edge to Downey.

It was a good fight but not good enough

Give it to Downey, I think he was more frustrated and diligent and I´m sure we missed the begining where Downey threw a hard one. God bless Ice Hockey

DOWNEY wins TKO

I was at the game. Downey did get one good shot in before the camera panned over, the rest of the shots seemed to connect only to the shoulder pad. McLaren had a cut on his forehead (probably from that first pucnch). Downey's jersey was ripped in half when he went to the box. Draw/Maybe edge Downey for the first hit.

Downey does his job standing up for Drake, and earns the win against the bigger, heavier McLaren. Credit to Kyle for answering the challenge.

I don't give points for punches that land on the pads, or falling down on top of the other guy. Solid Draw and a decent fight.

Downey drilled McLaren before the cameras got there and if you listened to the video without the homer San Jose announcers it doesn't seem so close. Definite Downey win.

I agree McLaren got in a couple good shots and Downey did answer but I'm not sure Downey had the upper hand. Towards the end there when McLaren was just trying to pull the jersey over to start pounding (and that obvioulsy didn't work) I think Downey missed a few shots that most people would believe he nailed. Was glad to see the game come to some blows. Nice rivalry.
