Aaron Downey vs Andre Roy

Whats this edge to Downey? You need to watch it again. The "takedown" only means he wants the refs to jump in. Both were game but Roy takes it for sure.

Those who think Roy won this fight are morons. Turn down the volume and watch the fight without the announcers. Downey buckled Roy with that bomb, just before the announcers put their two bits in. Downey with the WIN!!!

I'm not sure what fight people watched here. Downey landed the significant punches on Roy. Roy did more of wrestling than anything.

Downey threw more and also landed a good, clean punches(but not in early of the fight).
Roy landed well almost all of his punches.
Downey gets the best punch of the fight, though.

Downey wins by takedown but both landed some good punches. Both these guys are a lot of fun to watch.

They did more dancing then fighting

that was nice, i thought they were both gonna go down in the middle of that fight. its good to see the lightning with an enforcer and not playing like a bunch of bitches. same thing for the red wings. maybe theyd get a stanley cup again if they didnt have 20 guys whose name ends in ertekyshiknski or whatever, and had some players like probie and mcarty again. good scrap

I dunno...not the greatest fight. I liked how it started, The linesman egging Downey on to actually start throwing instead of dancing. My opinion it was a weak fight...I'll call it a draw.

Pretty even...looked like Roy for a while but Downey came back for the decision

Win Downey....they both landed 3 or 4 solid punches, but Downey dropped Roy with one of the first shots. I don't know what fight some of you other guys watched, but it looks like we are going to be dealing with a bunch of idiots again this season. Watch the fight and call it the way it happened....not the way you wish it happened.

Downey all the way, he's a much better fighter. Roy have no fighting skills.
