Ott should've squared off, instead he gave a cheap shot and started to fight an unprepared Seabrook, who still had a glove on

I blame Ott for this being such a crap fight. If you need to punch a guy and knock him to the ice before his gloves come off to win a fight, then you shouldn't be fighting.

That was a pretty lame fight, right to the ice, he really didn't want to fight, he was just "clocking in."

Plenty of notice for Seabrook to quit yappin and get ready to go. He fought like Garthbrook. Ott wins because at least he knew there was going to be a fight.

Not much of a fight, Seabrook still had one of his gloves on. Ott must have felt like a tough guy. He threw a couple of checks like this when they played the Ducks friday night. Thornton and May wanted to go with him, but he wasn't having any of that.

OTT is a SCUMBAG.

DIrty Dirty play. Let the other guy want to fight and drop the gloves before you start punching.

What the hell do you guys mean Seabrook wasn't ready? He nailed Modano and Ott skated right upto him. Ott said something to him for a couple seconds then they skated a few more feet and Seabrook got punched. He only had about 4 days to drop his gloves. Seabrook sure as hell knew they were going to fight, but he was slow to drop the gloves. Was he planning on kissing Ott?

Ott won the crappy fight if their has to be a winner.

That was Ott's first fight back since his season long injury btw. I think he has been a little reluctant to fight since he has been out so long. Maybe it's rust or he's unsure of himself. He was sure throwing his weight around that game though.

Not much of a fight. I do not understand why Seabrook received a major.

Since Ott threw the only punch I will give him the win.

Lousy fight.

i love what Dave has done with building up this site, I think it's great and it's great entertainment. but seriously, i have one recommendation -- let's focus the videos and forum voting for real fights only. boring stuff like this just takes up valuable server space. steve ott? whoooo. brent seabrook? whooooo. steve ott wishes he was randy mckay or grant marshall. he's one of the worst fighters in the league, he should stick to forechecking and not scoring goals.

It was a short fight, but the crowd sure liked it. Win Ott for landing the only punches.
